
what is gDpR?
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) lays down rules concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and defends the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons, in particular their right to Protection of personal data.
The goal of this new set of rules is to give citizens the subsequent control of their personal data and simplify the regulatory environment for companies.
Their application may be made by wholly or partially automated means, as well as to the treatment by non-automated means of personal data contained in files or to them intended, regardless of whether the treatment occurs within or outside the Union.
