Servers stop, cloud services go down, data is deleted by mistake or encrypted in an attack. The question is not whether it will happen, but how long the company can stand still and how much it can recover. That is why we start with a business impact analysis (BIA): identifying the critical processes, what each hour of disruption costs and the maximum acceptable time to get back up and running. Those answers shape the architecture, the monitoring and the backup.
Well-designed cloud infrastructure
On AWS, we design and build the environment with cost, performance and security in mind: separate accounts and access, an isolated network, automatic backups and cost alerts. Everything is handed over documented, so the company knows what it has and what each component costs.
Monitoring and backup you can prove
The NOC watches servers, services and security events around the clock, with alerts and response procedures agreed with the client. Backups are encrypted and incremental, with integrity recorded on blockchain and replicas in different locations, so you can prove that the copy exists, is intact and can be restored.
Frequently asked questions
What is a business impact analysis (BIA)?
It is the study that identifies a company's critical processes, the impact of each disruption and the maximum acceptable recovery time. It is the basis of any continuity plan and is required by standards such as ISO 22301.
I already have servers on AWS. Can you take over operations?
Yes. We review the current environment, point out risks and unnecessary costs and propose fixes before taking over monitoring.
Does the monitoring work outside AWS?
Yes. The NOC monitors servers in any cloud or on the client's own premises.
How do I know the backup can be restored?
Each copy has its integrity recorded and verifiable in the portal, where restores can also be requested. We recommend periodic restore tests, which can be included in the service.
