Bespoke software, no black box
We build web systems, mobile apps and SaaS platforms for companies that need something the market does not offer off the shelf, or that already have a system and need to take it further. The client follows the project from start to finish: documented scope, fortnightly deliveries that can be seen and tested, and every change assessed for time and cost before it is made. The code and documentation belong to the client.
Artificial intelligence where it makes sense
When the product benefits from AI, such as automated customer service, document reading or natural-language data queries, we apply AI to the process and build on Validato, Cyber1's platform that already handles access control, usage logging and governance. The project therefore starts with that foundation in place and the investment goes into what is specific to the business. When AI brings no gain, the system is built without it.
Experience from running our own products
Cyber1 has been developing and operating its own platforms in production for more than two decades, such as QualityManager, LGPD Center and Multidesk. That experience goes into client projects: architecture designed to grow, security from day one, monitoring and a support plan for after delivery.

How much does bespoke software cost?
It depends on the scope. We start with a requirements analysis that defines what goes into the first version, and the proposal is based on that documented scope, with timeline and stages.
Can I start with a smaller version?
Yes, and we recommend it. A minimum viable product with the essential features lets you validate with real users before investing in the rest.
Who owns the code at the end of the project?
The client. Source code and documentation are handed over, and ongoing support from Cyber1 is optional.
Do you take over systems built by other companies?
Yes. We first assess the code, infrastructure and documentation, and propose a support and evolution plan.
Do you work with companies in Portugal and Brazil?
Yes. The team works from São João da Madeira and São Paulo, with remote or in-person meetings.
